Terms of Use
Use of ScoreHouse is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement together with the terms below.
ScoreHouse Membership
- ScoreHouse Membership is an auto-renewing subscription billed yearly through your Apple ID. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your leagues and content
- You are responsible for the scores, messages, photos and course data you enter, and for having permission to post them. Keep it civil: league admins can remove messages and members.
- ScoreHouse records money owed and paid between members of a league as entered by its admins. It does not hold or transfer funds, is not a payment or gambling service, and any arrangements about money are between the members of your league.
- Results and ledger entries form part of a league's shared history and may remain visible to its members after you leave or delete your account.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access other leagues' data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
ScoreHouse is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for disputes over scores, handicaps or money between league members.
